Meta/Facebook Hacked Can't get into original meta or any purchased oculus games

My Facebook and Meta account were hacked. I can't sign into original Meta because hacker changed 2 factor authentication to their authenticator. Can I get back into original account and retrieve my games? Can't find any support line on Facebook or Meta. This has been an extremely frustrating experience which has affected my private information, business,  and now money lost of games and a system that were purchased that cannot be used. Please Help!
