When I open the app on my iPhone XR, it closes immediately. No error messages, no nothing. Just a Meta Horizon Logo for a brief second and that's it. Can someone please help me? My iOS-version is 16.1.2.
Same here. iPhoneX iOS 16.7.10. My first VR purchase arrived today and the app closed forever and I couldn't even set it up. Worst experience I've ever had just charging the headset. Why bother forcing me to use the phone app?
Appears to be a bug - However iPhones that are out of service and can't upgrade past v16.7.10 may not be able to use this and other apps. I have other apps that are broken and looks like I will be upgrading my iPhone to a supported version - Not ready to upgrade as I like my older phone and the upgrade is going to be pricey. Maybe Meta can resolve the issue for out of service phones, maybe not.
FIXED! Wasn't working last night and this morning I can use the Meta App v301.1.0.6.109 on my old iPhone v16.7.10 I agree with yandamajin THANKS support for resolving the issue.
