I've applied a factory reset to a working Oculus Quest (1st generation) to try to change the region.
I've deleted the device from my oculus meta app, applied the factory reset in the quest and added the device again in the meta app.
But, always, the meta app is stuck in the 'Security' phase of the pairing. It seems that could be related to the video not being able to play. This happens each time of the several (4) attempts I tryed.
Thiis the scren where the meta horizon app stucks. The videos doesn't shows up whatever you do (ej: press any video control).
BTW, As bonus... I tryed to open a support ticket but the meta website doesn't recognize my Oculus Quest serial number (I do have photos of the actual S/N on the device).
Please, help. I had a working Oculus Quest and now I have an unusable device.

@enricanary @Rufus.Riley.1 @Freakyphil0815 the current mobile app is not compatible with the older Quest headset. Search the internet or this site for links to older versions of the mobile app and download them to your phone.

@oculusness, who do i install older mobile app on IOS / apple devices ? i have no android

@RolandKL unfortunately, as far as I'm aware, there are no older versions of the ios app. You may have to borrow an android phone to get it set up and then hopefully you can use the current app on your phone as normal.
