So I've received 3 emails from meta Horizon recently - setting up my birthday date, new avatars and IARC (I have signed up as developer but never made any app)
When I try to respond to the emails it says the address they were sent from was "Facebook"
notification+AZGp2YWRlcjEyMzRAZ21haWwuY29t@facebookmail.com
Is that a legit address used by facebook for notifications like these or are these emails scams??

Ahh I didn't think about sidequest. Yes, I guess this might be legit but I don't think it would apply if you are not in Taiwan. Either way, unless you are a software developer for Quest, ignore it.

the only ''app'' i have is sidequest and i the steps it says "select the title" what title do i need to select and where do i need to create a new metadata in "this title"

If I were you, I would contact Facebook directly through their site, not the link you received in your email, and inform them. If you have never been a developer and you receive an email saying that you are one, then the logic is that it is a scam. I know that in the Oculus meta software on Windows, there is a developer option, but I don't think it is related.

I was puzzled to get this, but it's obviously not a scam unless you are a developer and sell your app in Taiwan. It says your app might be removed from sale. Not a huge slice of the Meta population. The key point is that it's obviously triggered by being in developer mode in a global context, not local.
What's more concerning is that Meta is pretty free and easy with your personal data as usual. This email should only have gone to actual developers with actual software on the Quest store, but we get this blanket email instead? As an IT professional I find this pretty awful.
