While playing MHW, I tried to join into Haunted high since it's a relatively good game but it wouldn't let me. During the time I joined, it just kept glitching me into the void and forced me to have no textures or people visible. The same thing happens with another game I like to play as well, which is quite crappy. I'm reduced down to games for ages 5-13 while I'm in the age range of 14-20.
Hey there @Saphvire! One of the things we love so much about Horizon Worlds, is all the worlds we can gain access to. We would love to get you pointed in the right direction to getting this issue solved. Follow the steps bellow to submit a bug report for Horizon Worlds.
Open the Horizon Worlds app.
Ensure that the user is able to launch the app.
Then, while holding both of the controllers, press down simultaneously the A&B buttons on the right controller and the X&Y buttons on the left controller.
Pressing all four buttons will start the process of the bug collection. Have the user submit details of the issue.
Use "key words" to describe the experience, such as: any error message or location of the issue
Once you have submitted the bug report our engineering team will be able to triage the issue more effectively. As for this other game, can you give us the name of it? Also, any additional details related to the specific types of issues this game is having. We look forward to your reply!
