Meta Horizon Worlds

The worlds are in my library in the Admin account and there is an icon to the left on library page and they work fine. However, I added my child’s account and it says content not available when to try to open the Worlds app also there is no icon to the left in library??

New to this so any help would be appreciated

is your child maybe younger than 13?

In that article they only talk about teens. so maybe childs (10-12) aren't allowed to use Meta Horizon Worlds?

Thanks for the reply Choleni. The world is a baby day care one so aimed at youngsters. I can’t see it listed in supervision for me to allow it. It is in her library but when you click it says this app isn’t available at the moment although it works on my sign in

I searched for Horizons and it did come up. I reviewed and allowed my child access. It flags up she is allowed and is in the allowed list but when you go back to it, it returns to not allowed??

I'm really not sure about Horizon Worlds,,,,it's not available in my country.
