My Instagram account was hacked this morning. When I realized, I immediately changed the password and enabled 2FA, but the hacker had already linked a Meta Horizon account to my Instagram. It's using my full name and profile picture from Instagram, but it's a different email address. I do not have a Meta Horizon account (I only created this to post on this form because Instagram support wont help and it seems like there is not a way to contact Meta support).
Would you be able to go through the process of unlinking the account from your Instagram help center? So that we would be able to know how best to proceed.

I cannot unlink it, as the hacker's email address is the one associated with the Meta account. They created a Meta account with my name and picture, linked it to my Instagram, but connected the Meta account to their email. When I tried to unlink the account from the Accounts Center on Instagram, it sent a confirmation code to the hacker's email.
