The Meta Horizon app crashes and cannot be started. I am using REDMAGIC 9

Hey there, @mynameisgabriel. Being able to use the Meta Horizon app with a mobile device is a crucial part of the VR experience.   • Does the app display any error messages?
  • Have you ever been able to download this app onto your mobile device?

When I open the app crash and message: Meta Horizon has stopped 

The issue start after update (Meta Quest to Meta horizon)

I've tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app.

My phone OS is updated.

I'm in a supported country

 

 

Hello again, @mynameisgabriel! There is the possibility that the phone isn't supported. Are you using a VPN on the phone?

It's a Android 14, supported.

No VPN

@mynameisgabriel We would recommend uninstalling the app and then restarting your phone and then trying to install the app again.

Fix The App  i can use is with my   

REDMAGIC 9  😡

2 month later and still no fix ??? what are u guy`s doing at ur job ? playing Basketball all day ?
