We see you are having some issues with the Meta Horizons app. We know it's never ideal to experience any issues with our headset that stop us from fully enjoying the VR world, so we want to get this fixed up as fast as possible!
Please make sure your device meets the minimum requirements to run the app. The minimum OS requirements for phones to run the Meta Horizon mobile app are:
Apple iOS 15.1 or later
Android 5.0 or later
Your phone must be connected to Wi-Fi and have Bluetooth turned on to use the Meta Horizon mobile app to set up your Meta Quest.
If you install the Meta Horizon mobile app on an unsupported device, you may experience issues setting up your headset.
After completing the initial activation of your headset using the Meta Horizon mobile app, you'll be able to finish setting up your headset in VR.
Also, try restarting your phone, reinstalling the app and ensure your phone's operating system is up-to-date.
