On October 7th, I realized that I was unable to promote posts on my Instagram profile. I quickly discovered that my account had been linked to someone else’s business portfolio, and this group (including my account) was subjected to significant restrictions imposed by Meta.
I tried to resolve the issue on my own but without success.
On November 14th, I subscribed to Meta in order to gain access to the chat support feature. The case was filed, and since then, I’ve been waiting for a resolution. However, I only receive automated responses to any messages I send.
Here’s one of the automated replies I received:
“This is an automated message: Our specialized team continues to work on your issue 800259158832860. We will contact you as soon as they have any updates.”
It has been almost four weeks now. Soon, the next subscription payment will be charged, which I don’t want to proceed with since I am a victim in this situation.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation! How much longer do I have to wait?
