Meta Is Destroying My Business – No Help in 2 Years

Hello gents,

I’m in a very bad situation, and  Meta hasn’t helped at all. I believe it’s time to consider legal action against Meta due to the serious damage this has caused to my brand and business.

For over two years, I’ve been trying to get assistance with my account, but I’ve received no real support. After being targeted by a competitor, my account’s organic reach and visibility were drastically limited. This competitor seems to have used fake bots to repeatedly report my posts, repost my content, and harm my account status.

Basically, I’ve been falsely reported for things like sexual activity, hate speech, and other violations — all of which I never posted. Yet, Meta's system automatically flagged my account based on these fake reports. As a result, my account started performing poorly, and I eventually lost the "content lowered in feed" feature, which deeply affected my visibility.

I've opened over 60 support cases and sent countless emails. The responses I received were unprofessional and inconsistent. I was promised that my account would be fixed — but nothing changed. I have dozens of screenshots as proof of Meta’s algorithm failures and the lack of proper support.

This situation is destroying my business due to Meta’s incompetence, and I’m now seriously considering involving my lawyer to get the attention and proper action this issue deserves. It's absolutely ridiculous how Meta is failing to protect businesses from this type of malicious behavior.

If anyone at Meta is reading this, please take this report seriously and help resolve the issue. I’d truly appreciate guidance on how to properly escalate this to the right department.

Also, any advice on how to proceed legally or technically against these malicious activities targeting my business would be greatly appreciated.
