Meta Move has no more option connect to apple health

Everything was working fine until 20 September. When I open Move application I found that Apple health slider is off and not active. I try to reinstall Meta Horizon and apple health option disappeared atoll after that. Apple  health app can see Horizon and allowed data but these data doesn't come from the Move. See screenshots 

How can I restore the apple health connection?

It has been 2 months. And still your documentation claims this is a feature as far I can tell. You are almost right, this is not the Meta experience we want but hard not to expect at this point... Removing this feature is bad enough but refusing to even communicate that the feature does not exist when people check to see if this is a thing before purchase is disappointing and seems to be purposely misleading at this point.

I cannot believe they cannot fix this. Both iOS and Android 14 are not syncing to the move app.

This is still an issue on IOS as of January 3 2025. It is unacceptable how misleading and anti-consumer not making the information about the removal of this app available is.  Meta needs to address this with more than a “we’re working on it” buried in a forum. . This is core functionality that has been stripped from the new quest app and one that breaks the deal for new users like myself. This device just isn’t worth it without interconnectivity. 

This is STILL an issue as of January 12th, 2025.

Clearly there is no intent from the Meta team to make Move functional with Health Connect/IOS Health/Samsung Health again, otherwise it would have been fixed by now. After some simple searching online, this has been a problem for years! 

I will personally be voting with my wallet and returning my Quest soon as a major functionality that I bought the device for is not working. If they can't manage to resolve the issue, then they must not understand the demand for it. Or maybe they simply do not care as most users purchased their device when the feature was still functional, and have no solace besides waiting for a class action to start. 

Regardless, the Meta team needs to do something soon or admit that they will no longer be keeping the functionality active.

Adding my voice to this as well. January 23rd and also experiencing this issue. More than a little ridiculous that this can be an issue for 5 months and a company as large as meta can’t resolve it beyond “we’re looking in to it”.

Another +1 for this, I was all excited to try and get fit with my New Year’s resolutions but I feel I’m now only getting half the picture.

If you aren’t going to fix this (and in all honesty it feels like you aren’t) it feels like blatant false advertising to continue advertising it as a feature.

 got an email indicating that Meta will be removing Move from the Horizon OS and the mobile app on  March 31, 2025 because "Move currently relies on legacy technology, which limits our ability to introduce new innovations for Quest users" without providing a replacement. What a joke. 

Just got the same email and all I can say is 

Are you kidding me?

This is beyond acceptable. How many people bought a VR to lose weight and now they're getting rid of Move after telling all of us that they had no plans to? Unacceptable behavior from a company this large. 

I hope they have plans to compensate users for lying and degrading expected features, or they should expect a class action soon.

I packed my headset up yesterday and sent it back. The platform is obviously dying
