My old payment method to buy stuff on the Oculus was expired. No matter what I do I cannot add a new card as a payment method. Getting a 'card declined' message and a suggestion to check with my bank card provider. I have spoken to Bank for American and Chase, gone through the rigor of answering security questions to be authenticated, but even with the technical help on the bank side nothing works.
I went on FB and added a card successfully there only to have it cancelled when I tired to buy a game on the Oculus.
And it appears there is no way to actually talk to someone on the Meta Pay side. No contact numbers for Meta anything, just a friendly community.
