Meta Plus - Previous Claimed Games not in my account

I was under the impression that when you stop your Meta Plus subscription, you lose access to the games you claimed. But if you resume your subscription, you regain access to them. I have a Meta Plus subscription again thanks to getting a Quest 3, but I notice that my previously claimed games are not in my catalogue, and they show us as though I'd have to buy them. That's a bit off-putting for the future of my commitment to the subscription.

Hey there Michael. This sounds annoying. Is it not letting you install them at all and instead gives like a "buy" button or is it just not letting you launch?

I have the same issue so I believe I can clarify. 

We had the subscription last month and redeemed the two titles, however since the 512 quest 3 had a 6 month code we cancelled the subscription to utilize the 6 months free. 

upon redeeming the 6 months, we are not seeing the titles from last month to add to the quest 3 to utilize the performance boost. “Since the quest 3 was not available in September” 

We want to play those games on the latest hardware rather than the now older quest 2.

the website says “If you stop your subscription and then resubscribe, your redeemed titles will be waiting for you” so it is pretty confusing when we don’t see the option to add it to the quest 3. 

I hope you can help us add those games on the quest 3 cause I really don’t want to have to play on the older quest 2 cause the quest 3 is SOOO GOOD!

For clarification, could you let us know, when you search for one of these previously redeemed games in the webstore on your Meta Quest mobile app, is it saying that you must repurchase it again or is there an options to "Install" at all?
