Meta Pro Right Controller Not Working

My meta touch pro controller (right) is not working.  I've factory reset my meta 3 headset, had the meta pro controllers charging, unplugged the charger, held the button on the controller down until the blue light started flashing, opened up the app and hit the pair device for meta pro controller right, even after holding the main button and the B button together for 4 seconds, and then longer, nothing...no pairing.  The device is fully charged, but will not respond.  Ordered 29 April 2023, is it reasonable to believe that less than 2 years a device at $299.99 stops to function even when there is no damage (banging on any hard objects).  Any fixes that I haven't thought.  And why is it difficult to find a direct e-mail link to Meat Support to voice this concern.  Left controller pairs with no issues at all.

Meta support is horrible and mostly outsourced overseas where they reply with pre written responses.  That is why so many Meta Support replies are carbon copy of themselves.

The chances of meta coming on these forums to reply to you are 90% or better.   The odds of them actually fixing the issue before the end of this year are-your chances of winning the lotto are higher.

I have no fix for you. But I found this that may or may not be helpful.
