Greetings,
I got my MQP yesterday and really haven't used it much because of very painful skin irritation using the forehead strap. It got so bad at one point that a red, angry welt formed on my forehead. The pain is still present. It's not a headache pain, but really severe irritation.
Anybody know if there's a way to address this? Or who I could turn to for support?
I haven't even begun to check out the Pro due to this issue. I'd prefer not to send it back.
Thanks for any feedback/

I experience this too. I bought some of these a while back. If I cut out part of the material and tape it on, it alleviates all the irritation. Obviously inconvenient, but helps tremendously. https://a.co/d/bk8nk3g
That or I let my hair grow out. But yeah, direct contact with the skin over 30 minutes or so gets severely irritating.
