Hey there @r1zek1! We know you're eager to jump back into the game, so let's get to the bottom of this! We'd like to ask you a few questions to best determine how to assist.

  • When you attempted to update the headset, did the percentage ever move or was it always at one number?
  • When you restart the device, does it still attempt to update?
  • Have you attempted a factory reset?
  • Please list any other troubleshooting steps you have attempted. (Just to ensure we are not running around in circles)

We appreciate you taking the time to get this information over to us, we're looking forward to your response!

I didn't have the percentage there and i coulnd't a factory reset besause i don't have the vr connected to the app or the account because i bought it from ebay, i tried to update it about 10 times depending on what you have on the website.

Gotcha, has this headset ever worked for you? or has it been like this since you have received it?

it worked until i connected it to wifi

Thanks for getting back to us. So now after attempting to connect to the WiFi, you are no longer able to interact with it? If you're able to, please attempt to factory reset by using the headset alone with the follow steps:

  1. Turn off your headset.
  2. Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
  3. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button.
  4. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

If this won't work for you, you may need to reach out to the seller and report it as damaged, let us know if attempting the factory reset manually through the headset helped!
