Having an Issue with my Meta Quest 2 not Starting it shows a battery with a slatted line in the middle of the screen and will not charge no more. What can I do to get it back working?
We couldn't help but notice you're experiencing an issue with your Meta Quest 2 not charging, and we would love to lend a hand!
When your headset is charging, the little status light on the side should turn on.
We have a couple of troubleshooting steps we would like you to try, to see if we can get your headset charging and working:
Try using a different power source, such as a different power outlet
Try using a different charging cable
Leave the headset charging for 2-3 hours
Make sure your charging cable is properly connected to your headset. If you are unsure, unplug your charging cable from the headset and charging unit, then plug it back in.
Check for damage to the cable
