Meta Quest 2 - Device Update in Progress - Stuck for long hours

Hi, I am using meta quest 2 and when i launch any game, it says "Device Update in Progress" and this has been in this state for very long hours.

I did a factory reset and all settings. I am not able to progress from this point. 

It is really stuck and I want to know what update is going on and when it will be completed.

Please do the needful.

Hey there, @rohan.krishan.2023! We certainly can look into the headset stuck on update in progress together so that you may continue your VR experience. We see you have attempted a factory reset already, and the first step we would want to do is check to update the headset manually following the steps on the Update your Meta Quest software support page. If it persists, we would then want to reboot the headset and reinstall the app before testing again. If it should continue, I would recommend allowing the battery on the headset to drain fully and then charging overnight. Once fully charged, power on and attempt to launch the games again.
