Help needed! My Meta Quest 2 is not turning on or charging. I had it on yesterday and it had 98% battery life. Before I turned it off it wanted to do an update. Now nothing, I’ve tried holding the power button down advice and the power button with volume button but still nothing. I’ve plugged the power cable into different sockets but nothing lights up. Not sure what else I can do with it, literally had it for a year and 10 days so now it’s out of warranty, so hoping it’s not something major.
Hey there, @marvelreid02! We'd love to help you bring the lights back on to your VR experience! Since you've already tried trying different power outlets to charge without success, we'd like to provide a few other things to try:
Attempt to charge the headset for 2 hours.
Try a different Cable/Charger; if possible, test the cable and charger (adapter) separately to determine the faulty component.
Charge the headset without the facial interface. Some facial interfaces may block the proximity sensor which can impact the power of the headset.
We'd also like to discover whether your headset came into contact with any liquids before ceasing to charge or power on? We look forward to hearing from you!

Good morning, unfortunately my Meta Quest is still not turning on or charging since the update. Rather frustrating to be honest. I had one of your support team take some details off myself regarding the issue to which they sent me a email requesting certain information, which was sent back yesterday morning. So just waiting for a response from them on what to do next.
Hi, all of the above has been tried as t was advised by one of your support team during live chat. No the headset has not come into contact with any water.
