I have factory reset the device and had my daughter disconnect her Meta account from the device. Ive reset twice, also uninstalled the meta app and reinstalled, force closed. Nothing seems to be working, any help is appreciated.

I'm having the same exact issue. Meta support hasn't been any help at all. Meta just said they'd let purchase another headset from their "Out of Warranty Program" for $160 and I need to Please let me know if you find a fix and I'll do the same. Good luck
