Meta Quest 2 - Passthrough Problem

Hello everyone. The following thing just started tonight, and I have no idea why: If I move my head to look up with my Meta Quest 2 on while doing anything (Game OR Home Screen), a bit of Passthrough just triggers by itself, usually in the top-left corner, and I have no idea why. I know my nephew was playing a game of his own on it, so if he changed something or it's for another reason, I don't know. Is there anything in Settings I can change to make this stop? I don't know if there is much more information I can provide, but if there is, please let me know. Thank you.

Hi @McKnightTheLegend64! We'd recommend you to perform the below:

  • From your headset, hover over the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu. When Quick settings appears, select it to open the Quick settings panel.
  • Select Settings from the top right of the panel.
  • Select Guardian.
  • Select the toggle next to Double-tap for Pass-through to turn this feature on if it's turned off or vice-versa

If the above steps don't work, try updating the device as this is a necessity for some features to fully function. If that doesn't help, DM us as we require some additional information from you to look into this.
