Hi Support Team,
I recently got a Meta Quest 2 for free, but it's stuck in a boot loop. When I turn it on, it shows the Meta logo, plays a sound, then displays three dots, plays another sound, and then turns off automatically.
When I access USB Update Mode, I see the following options:
In the Device Info section, the details are:
I have already tried performing a factory reset, but it doesn’t change anything. The issue persists. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?
PLS HELP
Thanks,

@Fatheen you could try removing the inner faceplate and the outer faceplate and disconnecting the battery from the mainboard. Hold the headset buttons down for a minute to discharge any capacitors, reconnect the battery and see if it now works. This worked for me.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not a technical expert, and I'm not comfortable disassembling the device myself. Is there any other way to resolve the issue without opening the headset? Could you recommend any simpler methods or send a video on how to safely perform the steps you're suggesting?

@Fatheen there are only 12 screws, so it's not really a big job. You only need to do upto and including step 7
