Hey there @Anonymous! We would be more than happy to look into that failed error for you. We would like to ask if you experienced this with the Supernatural app or if you have this issue with any other apps when launching. We can go ahead. We would confirm, if this happens while you are trying to enjoy VR as a stand-alone device, or when connected to a PC?
We look forward to hearing back from you and assisting you further!

Hello @family.738876! The Oculus Go was an important stepping stone in the lifecycle of not only Oculus but VR as a whole. It brought to life a new world for millions of people and introduced them to what VR was and could be. I would like to thank you for being an early adopter of this new reality and for taking this journey with us for so long. Unfortunately, all things must come to an end, and our focus has since shifted to ensure that we can keep focusing on pushing what is possible in VR. While support for the Oculus Go has ended, we hope to see you in the metaverse with one of our newer products. Here is a link to shop for all Meta products. We hope you find something that you love and continue to enjoy the world of VR. Please reach back out if you have any questions or concerns.

No, I bought this for my son on Christmas, you need to give me a full refund for my purchase and for all apps

Hello again, @family.738876! We understand that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we announced that we'd no longer be providing support for Oculus Go back in December of 2020. With that said, we aren't able to provide you with any refunds. However, we recently lowered the cost of the Meta Quest 2, and all of its accessories are currently half off. We suggest taking a look at one because it's a fun and cost-effective upgrade.
We wish you a wonderful remainder of your day and hope that you continue to explore the thrilling world of VR! Please don't hesitate to reach back out to us with any Meta Quest related questions in the future. We'll be here, happy and ready to lend a hand!

What do you mean you announced it? That's a reason to stop selling them, you didn't announce anything to me.

LOL! I just noticed you tried to sell me another product after you sold me one at full price and then BRICKED it. I would never and will file a lawsuit and complaints If not issued a full refund
