Make sure all third party accessories are removed from the headset and controllers.
Are any LED lights seen on the controller or headset?
Have the controllers been unpaired and repaired through the mobile app?
Has the headset been hard rebooted? This can be completed by holding the power button for 30 seconds.
Have the headset and mobile app been updated recently?
