Meta Quest 2 keeps disconnecting from WifI

My headset keeps disconnecting from the WiFi, I saw that someone had to turn off WiFi6 in their router, but I don't know how to do that. Can someone tell me how to turn off WiFi6 in AT&T's BGW320-505 router? That's the model I have.

Hi @Wolfboy__99!

We understand how frustrating this can be when your WIFI doesn't connect with your Quest 2 headset.

Some common blockers can be:

  • Using a New Router
  • Using Dual Band features

For this, we'd recommend you trying the below:

  • Disabling IPv6 in their router settings.
  • Disabling the Dual Band (5 GHz and 2.4 GHz)  feature of the router so the headsets can be on the same channel. This may help the headset from joining another channel which can impact the Wi-Fi signal.

If these don't work, here are some troubleshooting steps.
