So I need help understanding and knowing what's going on,
first off my Vr headset (2) is almost new, I've had it for about a year and my pc is up to date from my knowledge. My Specs for my pc are completely over what the minimum required specs are even for Vr. And my storage if pretty clean.
Setting up Vr goes as followed
- opening the meta app on pc
- once done loading in from the meta Vr white land, I open steam Vr
-i get into the steam Vr home
now on to the problem. I have a PC linked oculus meta 2 headset. When I get in Vr my screen inside the headset will freeze, I will look around and it all just the windows filed problem.. (if you know you know) but all I do is unplug my link cable and re-plug back in and it will work. here's my problem, when i unplug it, it also disconnects my FBT (Full body tracking) and I have to completely recalibrate everything again.. very annoying.. and its not a one and don't glitch, it happens A LOT with in an hour of being on it maybe happens 2 or 3 times, especially when starting up and getting into steam Vr. I'm not sure if this is a steam Vr thing or a meta thing but i need help to fix it. it does not make me a happy camper T^T so please get back asap so i can get back to enjoying my Vr experience with peace.

it is a link cable that is USB-C that permits data sharing.
i don't have any splitters or extortions connecting to my vr to be pc linked.
my USB port is a 3.0 port
everything is fully updated
and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the home plenty of times and still nothing works.

Thank you for informing us, @FawnAble. We do understand you are using a cable that does support data transfer, but to properly determine where your issue is coming from, we will need you to use a different cable if possible. In addition to using a separate cable, if possible, can you attempt to use a different PC? We hope to hear from you soon!
