Hello, Meta Quest 2 repeatedly goes to power off and restart - can’t do anything else. My son doesn’t want to do a factory reset as he has been saving shiny rocks and he is afraid he will lose them. What can I do? Thanks

Your son has valid concerns about the possibility that their Gorilla Tag downloadable content/in-app purchases could be impacted by a factory reset. That's why we only suggest it as a last resort. Before we even consider performing a factory reset, let's start troubleshooting by hard booting your Quest.
