Meta Quest 2 motherboard

Hello, I just replaced the motherboard in my sons Meta Quest 2 Headset. Ordered it off of Ebay. It turns on, battery charges, seems to boot up fine, but...now theres an Oculus logo instead of a Meta logo. After all that it seems to just go to sleep. nothing happens after that. Just a blank.....dimly lit void of dispare. What if anything can be done?
