I've been trying to add a different account to my Quest 2, but after numerous failed attempts, I decided to factory reset the device. Unfortunately, now I’m stuck at the screen where it prompts me to connect to the app. Each time I try, my phone displays the message: "Couldn't pair with your headset."
I’ve retried everything, including additional factory resets, but nothing seems to work. This situation is incredibly frustrating, and I can't understand why this issue persists. To make matters worse, reaching out to Meta for support feels nearly impossible due to their convoluted contact process.
Has anyone encountered this problem or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
