My son's Meta Quest 2 has been stuck on the Meta logo for about a month now. I've watched YouTube videos and have tried several options, but unfortunately the logo is the only thing that pops up when we turn it on.
Tried toggling the two buttons, and the screen turned purple once and said "no command".
When he logged into his account on the phone, it won't allow him to do a factory reset.
Yikes! A month is a long time, I hate to see your son hasn't been able to enjoy VR for quite a while. I'd love to see if there's any troubleshooting I can help with!
If you're seeing the "no command" error, try holding the power button for 10-15 seconds to force the headset to shut down. After it's been powered off, try these steps to factory reset (please note the headset must be powered off when attempting a factory reset):
Hold thepowerandvolume (-)button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset.
Use thevolume buttonson your headset to highlightFactory Resetand press thepower button.
Use thevolume buttonson your headset to highlightYesand press thepower button.

Hiya @NACHOreaganfamily6! Factory resets will completely wipe the device, but all purchases are linked to the accounts. Once you log back in, you can redownload everything! Cloud backup will help keep your data safe and secure as well.

I have factory reset it exactly 8 times now and all it does is show an arrow down on a SD card and a green bar then the meta symbol just spins then disappears pls help.
