My son's Meta Quest 2 has been stuck on the Meta logo for about a month now. I've watched YouTube videos and have tried several options, but unfortunately the logo is the only thing that pops up when we turn it on.
Tried toggling the two buttons, and the screen turned purple once and said "no command".
When he logged into his account on the phone, it won't allow him to do a factory reset.
