I started a free trial on meta quest plus last month then this month I saw that it says you get 20 pounds store credit I ordered for the annual and I can't find my 20 pounds anywhere
The credit you receive will be automatically added to your account once your annual subscription is active.
If you are still missing the credit after checking you made the purchase in that timeframe, you're going to need to either open a support ticket or send a private message to @MetaQuestSupport to take a closer look at your account.
I have completed the task of the promotion and changed my subscription from monthly to an annual sub, which I was supposed to receive a $25 store credit immediately for doing so and I haven’t gotten the credits. Can someone explain to me how this works or have they just got over on me with that one?

Hey so I bought my annual subscription 16 march this year and I started one month free but do I still get the credit even if the cash has not been withdrawn
Hey hey @Masterhp! I'm happy to help clarify! As long as you purchased the annual subscription within the timeframe (March 1 - May 31), you should be receiving the credit. It is possible that you may not receive the credit until you have been charged for the annual subscription. For you that will still fall in the timeframe for the promotion, so you should be good!
Do i need to unsubscribe and resubscribe to get this? As my trial end on May 23,2024 and is already on annual subscription? How long will the credit be given after meta charge the card on May 23,2024?
Hey hey @francis.pang.589, and welcome to the forums! Since your trial will end on May 23 and the dates for the promo are March 1-May 31, you'll still be within that window. You definitely won't need to unsubscribe and resubscribe to get the credits.
As for when you will receive the credit, it will be added automatically to your account once your annual subscription is active.
