My Quest 3 won’t progress updates in apps and just has all of the updates “initializing”. I also cannot uninstall any apps or install any apps.
I have 32 GB of free storage space and a strong internet connection. I have left the Quest 3 unlocked and plugged in overnight and also tried restarting it with no luck. Do I have any other options before I just factory reset this thing?

Hey there, @DreadedPopsicle. We just happened to stop by and see that you are having some issues getting your games to update on your Quest 3. We also see that you attempted to uninstall them, but to no avail. We do thank you for telling us, for we don't want to have you do the same steps over hoping for a different outcome. That's the definition of insanity, and the only thing we are insane about is making sure we help out the community to the best of our ability. We know you are a little hesitant about doing a factory reset. But based on everything you said in your post, we do believe that a factory reset is the next best course of action. If you are worried about losing any type of game data, you can always ensure that you have cloud backup enabled. We also want to provide you with the steps on how to do a proper factory reset to ensure everything is done correctly. Also, after the factory reset, please log out and uninstall the Meta app from your phone as well. Please inform us if these help you or if they don't, so we can keep exploring possible solutions!
