Meta Quest 3 Black Screen after update

My vr was stuck in a boot loop of the meta symbol repeatedly spinning then when I factory reset it, it started to update and after the update its now stuck on black screen

We highly recommend filling out a bug report to help our engineers continue looking into this.

It's also worth checking out the Software Update Tool  to see if you can update the headset through PC with a USB, as it seems to be an issue that commonly occurred during the update process of headsets.

so hard reset it by holding down power button for a few seconds and it turned on with the finished update screen. so it's all good now. bad thing that i lost all data cuz it turned on recovery after first update attempt with the data corrupt message.
