Hello,
I bought the Quest 3 device for my granddaughter and after we download some games, they load correctly, but then when the game is supposed to open, it goes to a gray screen and does nothing. We have to turn off and restart the device, then open the downloaded game, only for it to go back to a gray screen and repeat.
there have only been a few games that load and are playable.
this is very frustrating for a $500 device that doesn’t provide ny fun for my granddaughter.

I can certainly see why that'd be frustrating when it was a gift for your granddaughter. I hate when I get tech issues too 🤐
