Meta Quest 3 Elite Strap with Battery not Working

So, is the Meta Quest Team going to address this issue?

I will be returning the elite battery strap just to see if I got a faulty one, but there are so many people with the same issue. This is unacceptable. Plus their support team is unreachable, no response via WhatsApp.

I love the headset but I feel it wasn't ready yet for production, felt rushed, especially the non working accessories. 

We just want to hear something officially from the Meta Quest Team. 

Something that they acknowledge the issue, will fix the issue, and how soon. Just by communicating to us it'll reassure us consumers. 

We paid a lot of money for their stuff it's the least they can do.

I already tried all the recommendations to get the elite battery strap going but to no avail. Disappears after five seconds. Plus my headset wont update to v59, still on v57.

 So they are aware but arent making it public or acknowledging it outright officially in a forum/post. Glad I got this out of the agent.

they sent me a replacement that also stopped working, this is a software issue idk why the agent stated "we dont know if its a software issue".

Mine doesnt work either, same problem that you have. Have you recieved a replacement or anything from them?
