Good evening,
I bought my son a Meta Quest 3 for his birthday which had been refurbished. I installed Gorilla Tag which he's played on a Quest 2 that worked really well and smooth. I'm finding however that the controllers are not responding the same. It's like there's a lag or a delay. It almost feels like it's not properly connecting to the headset and following the movements.
I've watched videos on the game and people are moving way quicker and more smoothly than ours. It's like you have to put full effort and very quick movements just to move slowly. Something isn't right.
Can admin/tech support help me determine whether the controllers are talking properly to the headset. I'm fairly computer litterate so happy to try things out with guidance.
My concern is that the refurb did not in fact fix the original issue that caused it to be a refurb and now i'm stuck with a slightly faulty headset that works sub optimally.
I look forward to hearing from someone soon.
