I have been using my quest 3 for quite a while now, and I’ve come to realize after a few months of sharing my headset with my brother, the lenses have been scratched up to oblivion due to him not knowing that he cannot tighten the headset as much as he did while he has glasses on (He spent a ton of time on the PSVR2). Any help I can get on replacements or fixes to my lenses?

Hey there!
We do not offer replacement lenses for devices, we can only offer a replacement if there is an issue with the device that was outside of your control.
If your brother has scratched the lenses, in this case, accidental damage is not covered under the warranty guidelines.

why can't you make replacement lenses for us to change Since you don't cover it why don't you sell the parts and let us fix it on our own risk. Luckily I'm still within my 30 day repairing period. This reason by itself. I'm gonna return it tomorrow.
