Hi,
I just got Meta Quest 3 today, and I added accounts for me and my 2 children.
Problem #1:
When the accounts were switched to my children's, there were error message popped up "meta calling keeps stopping", And this message will always pop up first when the children's account switched.
I am not sure if the account issue or program issue, but my children never had an meta account before today.
I tried factory reset, but the same error message pops up for my children.
Problem #2:
I tried casting my children's account on Samsung TV UN75NU8000 via Smart View app on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, so I know what they are doing in the VR. However, there was only one option to cast: via "oculus.com/casting" The "mobile casting" option was not there, and there was no other way to direct casting to Samsung TV. I would like to know if this a bug or an intentionally omitted function for kids?

I'm experiencing this issue too! I'm a person who shares a headset with my sister, so I NEED to use the secondary account & I can't use my account without the "Meta Calling Keeps Stopping" Error. When I press "Close the app" or whatever it says, I can use my account normally again but I haven't tried calling or anything. Hopefully they'll fix this soon because its definitely not just an isolated issue! They fixed the issue where games with higher memory like VRChat were unusable on secondary accounts for 2 updates, where the UI kept crashing for a good month, etc. They'll fix this soon hopefully!

I am having the same issue as well when casting the Meta Quest 3 with Meta Quest Developer Hub a pop up comes Casting keeps stopping and this is after the recent update which meta had also my floor detection is not working properly after the update the floor is automatically detected beneath the floor level and when adjusted still the floor isn't correct.
