Hi All,
I have had my MQ3 for about a month now. Everything has been running smoothly and haven had any major issues while gaming. Only recently, starting about a week ago I have noticed that my MQ3 will just randomly shut off while just sitting and watching a movie or Youtube. I have been able to reboot it by just holding down the power button but it has happened multiple times now. I haven't noticed the device overheating and there is no warning prior to it shutting down. Any fixes would be appreciated.
We understand you are having what seems to be power issues with your Quest 3.
Can we ask that you ensure the sensor between the lenses is clean and nothing is blocking it.
