Disappointed with the lack of updates after we have returned Meta Quest 3 to be fixed. It feels like it was £400+ down the drain. Come on Meta you need to do better!

Hi, I purchased a brand new meta quest 3 which broke after 7 months. I’m now being sent a refurbished headset. If I wanted a refurbished headset I would have purchased a cheaper headset to start with and not spent £400+ on a brand new one. What is the warranty on a refurbished headset? Please can you ensure a brand new headset is mailed out as I’m not happy about how this was handled.
