Hi Meta team. @MetaQuestSupport
I have recently purchased my first Quest device and I am really pleasantly surpised.
Unfortunately I face issues with region-relarted restrictions.
I have managed to get the supernatural VR app through VPN (logged as in USA) and then the app was downloaded on my device without issues, the app started and I even paid for a yearly subscription.
However, when I was about to start the exercised (it is a work out app), it stops me by saying that this is not available in my country.
Do you know how I can make this work?
If I reset my quest 3 and set region as USA and redownload the Supernatural VR app, do you think it will work?
I have purchased a yearly subscription and I would really want to utilize this money.
Thanks a lot

If you used a VPN to bypass the regional restrictions on the store, you'll have to use a VPN to play the game and hope the app servers aren't clever enough to spot VPNs.

Thanks for the reply.
I am ok with that, but I am having a hardtime expanding the VPN service on the tethered hotspot of my phone or laptop. Any ideas?

You'll need a VPN on the headset, or a wifi access point with VPN built-in. I can't say if your phone hotspot will include the VPN or not.

I want to be able to use it outside of home, so wifi access point is not the ideal option.
The best is to have an included VON on the headset. By searching VPN on the meta store, I do not see any app.
Any suggestion on that?

I'm afraid not. In-headset VPN isn't something I've ever needed. You'll probably end up sideloading something rather than finding it on the main store.
