Hey @Odb322. We would love to let you know why we do this. We ask for private messages. After all, troubleshooting has been exhausted. For future Googlers: this problem was never fixed, Meta will send you a replacement unit only if you are in the warranty window AND living in the same country that you bought the device . Otherwise (like my case) youll be left with a bricked unit .
