I have tried every option to boot out of this loop and nothing worked. So I had to get a replacement. Upon sending my replacement they advised I wouldn’t get a new one back for 8-14 business days (2-3 weeks). I obviously got upset because I spent $500+ dollars on a device I can’t use so I in turn asked for compensation. I asked for 1 of 3 things, a hefty store credit, the extended warranty at a discount to ensure this doesn’t happen again, or a phone call with a supervisor of sorts. Instead I was slapped in the face with a $10 store credit. If an engineer, or developer sees this or a supervisor, I would really like to have a conversation about longevity. I had this quest from Wednesday October 11th until SundayOctober 15th then it bricked.

I have only had my Meta Quest 3 a couple months and it just bricked into usb update mode. VERY frustrated

Can you please let us know what steps were taken to do so? Sometimes, a factory reset can be done from the headset or remotely. We want to ensure that we are taking all the proper steps to get you right back on track!

FACTORY RESETING DOESNT WORK
