I’m now on my second Quest 3 and I’m having so many issues with the WiFi and the headset. PCVR seems to work fine via airlink, but for just the headset itself nothing really works I’m using a mesh network set up of 3 triband Eero pro 6 routers. The issues I’m having with my quest 3 is certain apps and games just simply never load. Playing in the same room as my router, the WiFi settings state excellent connection, 5ghz, WiFi 6 and I’ve tried every troubleshooting i can along with exchanging the headset for a new one and nothing I do seems to fix the issue. Please someone help me

Hi there, @DrFeelbutts and @OGGrubbierbigmac! Having a smooth Wi-Fi connection is such a big part a successful VR experience, and we certainly don't want you both losing out! With this in mind, we wanted to be sure to pop in and offer our assistance! First, we did want to let you know that we recommend using a Non-Mesh network, as most Mesh networks can cause issues with Air Link especially, due to it modulating the connection for the device between the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands, which may cause Air Link to be unstable and fail to disconnect. Please give a Non-Mesh network a try, then send us a PM when you get a chance. Please select our name to get to our profile page, or click here. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us! Please remember, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message. We look forward to hearing from you!

See that’s the odd thing, i can use Airlink just fine with zero issues. But trying to use the headset standalone is where i have issues. Store and other meta apps not loading, online games not loading, the browser works fine but nothing else that requires WiFi other than airlink does

Okay, thank you for letting us know, @DrFeelbutts! To clarify, we do highly suggest trying a Non-Mesh network, as Mesh networks can bounce the signal around and the headset can have issues maintaining a steady connection to that type of network. If the issue is persisting when using a different network, we definitely want to look further into this situation for you! So we can explore this problem more thoroughly, could you please send us a PM when you get a chance? Again, you can select our name to get to our profile page, or click right here. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us! Keep in mind, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message. It's important to us that this issue is properly addressed, so we're pretty eager to hear from you!

Hey again, @DrFeelbutts! Just checking back in to see if you were able to test out your connection on a non-mesh/bridged connection! We'd still love to help out more if you'd reach out to us in a PM using the steps in our reply above.
