Good day Meta Support team,
I'm currently troubleshooting multiple Meta Quest 3 headsets connected to our organization's enterprise network, but are stuck with the message "Connected to device; Can't provide internet". This issue appears to have begun within the past month or so and I've been speaking with the networking team to try and pin-point the issue:
My networking team reports that the headset is trying to hit this specific IP: 172.64.80.1 (both port 80 and 443). This IP is being blocked by our network; Could I get confirmation that this IP is related to Meta?
Any further advice regarding network and IPs that the headset needs would be highly appreciated as well. When I connect a headset to a mobile hotspot, it connects without any issues, so I'm inclined to believe this IP (172.64.80.1) might be the culprit?

Hey again, if you have issues using your headset at home, feel free to reach out to us at any time for assistance. As mentioned, when it comes to a work or school website, talking to your IT department would be the best option, as most troubleshooting steps would require management of the network that could affect other devices.
