My quest 3 has about 8 months of usage and i always used the original charger, but last week, when i dropped all the battery, i tryied to recharge and nothing happened, even the charging lights doesn't appear. I don't know what to do more.
I've plugged it to 3 different chargers, pressed the power button for a long time, more than 30 seconds, power button with volume down and nothing.
I'm afraid that the device is dead and in my country "Brazil", they doesn't provide any support for substitution or anything like this.
