Meta Quest 3 and received the Batman Arkham Shadow

Hi everyone, I'm new to using the Meta Quest 3. I recently bought a Meta Quest 3 and received the Batman Arkham Shadow game as a gift. However, I'm placing another order from a different store, and they told me that the Meta Quest 3 from Japan/Korea does not come with the Batman Arkham game. Has anyone here ever encountered this situation before?

I don't believe it's true what they are told you.

Looking at the Meta web store  with delivering to Japan/Korea the Batman game is included.

Also Amazon Japan shows the game is included.

I'm not sure how this works, but why would the store insist that the game isn’t included, even though the device is 100% brand new and the seal is still intact? 🥹

Hey there! Do you know if there’s a way to check the warranty for the Meta Quest 3, similar to how you can check an iPhone’s warranty using the Serial Number on the box? I’ve searched everywhere but couldn’t find a solution.

I have no idea why they are telling you that....show them the Amazon link and the Meta store with delivering to Japan or Korea.

Saying "Meta Quest 3 from Japan/Korea does not come with the Batman Arkham" is definitly not correct.

Maybe you should buy somewhere else.

As for your warranty, go here.....it should show your device if you are logged in on the page.

Tap on your device and it shows you the date when your warranty expires.

Note, after activating a new device it might take a few day until the correct date is shown.
