I recently purchased a Meta Quest 3 used. After extensive research and deep dives in this forum and lots of frustration, I think I may have been sold a store demo headset. The issue I’m having is that the universal menu will not open / seemingly doesn’t exist. When I press the Meta button in pass through mode I can see the spinning icon but nothing happens or opens. Is there any way to fix this issue and open the universal menu to use this device? I feel so deceived. 😭
